Republic Workforce was created by Republic Hospitality Group. We're a locally owned and operated business based in Queenstown, New Zealand, having been here for over 20 years. We have an eclectic mix of 10 hospitality venues with an even more eclectic team. We saw the need for flexible work arrangements that suited both the employer & the employee, Republic Workforce was then created to connect people with a variety of work across local businesses, and the work is not restricted to hospitality.

Our vision is for people coming to Queenstown to start with us. We provide a welcoming and fun team culture, and enable people a flexible work arrangement so they can make living in Queenstown work best for them.
